Holly Neiweem - Eight Bar Partners

Holly is a Managing Director of Eight Bar Partners and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. She currently serves as a director of AX (U.K.) and has previously served on the board of D+M Group (U.S/Japan), Sympatex (Advisory, Germany) and Eska (Canada).

Prior to joining Eight Bar Partners, Holly served as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Principal Investment group, where she was responsible for the management of portfolio companies as well as lead the workout and restructuring of numerous distressed debt positions.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Holly began her career at General Electric where she completed the Financial Management Program (FMP) and received her lean six sigma blackbelt. Holly received her MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU in 2011, with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics and received the Excellence in Economics Award.  She received her BS in Management & Technology in 2002 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Holly is the Founder and Director of The Benny Fund, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated improving mental health and preventing suicide through advocacy and education.
